MEET DEE

End of Life Consultant (Death Doula)

Hello. My name is Dee, and I am an End of Life Consultant, also known as a Death Doula.

CoupIed with 2 decades of Life Coaching, I provide holistic, non-medical comfort, support and assistance to my clients and their families, who have been diagnosed with life-ending (terminal) illnesses.

The work I do allows my clients to make the most of their last months, weeks or days, so they can peacefully transition from this life.

I gently encourage open conversations about death, and support my clients to understand the choices that they have, to make decisions and to openly communicate their wishes with their loved ones.

I bring empathy, compassion, and gentleness as I guide and support my clients and their families in preparation for the outgoing journey, and after the end of life.

A Complimentary Introduction consultation session

During our session, I will listen to you share your story, so that I may understand your situation and learn what it is that you are looking for. This may also include hearing from your family, care-takers or others.

Mindfulness can be described as the practice of paying attention in the present moment, and doing it intentionally and with non-judgment, And mindfulness meditation practices refer to the deliberate acts of regulating attention through the observation of thoughts, emotions and body states.
